Collections-
Collections are permitted but customers are not allowed to enter the premises. The process to follow is as below
- When you arrive please call the office on 0208 965 8399
- Order can be taken and once paid we will send the order down to warehouse for picking
- Once picked the customer will be given the goods to take away
- Please note that customers will have to wait until order is picked- it is not an instant service so please be patient.
Deliveries (UK)
During Covid 19 situation delivery drivers will not be requiring signatures for proof. Delivery is to front door only. We appreciate your understanding in this unprecedented time.

Orders over £130 ex vat being delivered to mainland UK addresses (not including Northern Irelandor Scottish Highland and certain rural addresses) will receive Free Shipping. Delivery service is between 1-3 days although we do send goods out aiming for a next day delivery service.
Sameday & Saturday Delivery
We can offer same day delivery for all London customers. The delivery price will be given at the time of the order.
We also offer a Saturday delivery service via a courier service and a price will be given at the time of order.
Deliveries (Overseas)
Ambican deliver into Mainland Europe. Delivery prices vary so please contact our sales office where a price can be calculated. Minimum order for overseas is 1 pallet.
Returning goods
All returns muct be notificed within 48 hours of the delivery taking place.
Please note for any goods returned that have been ordered incorrectly a handling charge of 25% on order valued will be incurred.
If you opt for Ambican to collect a collection charge will be applied. This will vary depending on the items being returned.
If the items are returned by the customer, the items will be checked and then the 25% handling charge will be applied.
All goods that are returned MUST be in original packaging as delivered to customer and fit for resale.
Return of goods must be made by prior arrangement.
