Returns must be authorized by head office. Goods must be returned as they were sold, unopened and resell-able. Once we receive the goods back a refund will be given. If we had to collect the goods then this charge will be taken off the refund. A collection/handling charge is 15% of the value of the goods being returned/collected.
If the goods delivered were incorrect and the error was ours, we will arrange the collection and refund in full when the goods are back with us.
WE ARE OPEN - Whilst we monitor the current situation around COVID 19 we are open for business on reduced service. Our office will be open between 10am-3pm Monday to Friday. The delivery service will be between 1-3 working days. Please take note that delivery can be anytime between 9-5pm Mon-Friday, so make sure someone is available at delivery point to sign/accept the goods. If no one is available then the delivery will be delayed and Ambican will not be held responsible.We appreciate your support at this time.
